Job Description:
✅ Remote - Client Success Intern This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the Client Success team at a fast-growing software platform focused on large-scale messaging and engagement. The intern will help ensure clients have a successful experience using the platform by assisting with campaign setup, support workflows, and internal operations. The role offers exposure to real SaaS operations and provides the opportunity to contribute directly to client-facing processes. Interns will collaborate with team members across internal systems and assist with projects that improve efficiency and platform reliability. Roles/Duties:
- Support the Client Success team in delivering strong customer experiences for organizations using a large-scale messaging and communications platform
- Assist with building, testing, and launching messaging campaigns used by campaigns, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations
- Help manage support workflows by reviewing tickets, updating documentation, and assisting with internal processes
- Contribute to operational projects such as account audits, data cleanup, and reporting tasks
