- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing political and advocacy clients
- Lead client communication and oversee successful execution of incoming projects
- Manage campaign directors supporting behind-the-scenes project coordination and delivery
- Drive product adoption through regular client meetings and strategic engagement
- Coordinate project intake, timelines, and execution across internal teams
- Support upselling opportunities within existing client accounts and partnerships
- Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in campaigns, political vendors, or client-facing political technology roles
- Strong project management and client relationship management skills required
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable leading cross-functional internal teams
- Experience working with texting, phone, or digital vendors preferred
- Salary: $80,000–$95,000 + Competitive Bonuses, Healthcare, HSA, 401(k) Match, Paid Holidays, and Semi-Annual Raise Reviews
