• Draft estate plans for individuals and families with substantial wealth.
• Provide guidance on tax and wealth transfer matters.
• Advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries on estate administration and trusts.
• Review and analyze estate and gift tax filings.
• Develop and implement advanced estate and tax planning strategies.
• Cultivate strong client relationships.
• Requirements:
  • J.D. Degree and admission to the South Carolina Bar (or willingness to apply).
  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning.
  • Certified Specialist in Tax or Estate Planning (or eligibility for certification).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, tax, and business succession.
  • Proven track record working with clients of substantial wealth and complex estate matters.
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with legal staff.

Salary: $100,000 – $300,000 DOE + Monthly Bonuses + benefits
