- Build and maintain strategic audience and prospect lists across priority verticals
- Develop and execute growth initiatives that expand subscriptions, partnerships, and revenue
- Represent the organization externally with prospective partners, clients, and other key stakeholders
- Strengthen brand positioning through strategic relationships, outreach, and community engagement
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission and growth objectives
- Support select special events that advance audience development and partner relationships
- Requirements:
- Experience building audiences, prospect lists, brands, partnerships, or growth programs
- Comfortable in an external-facing role and consistently meeting and engaging with new people
- Strong understanding of media, publishing, journalism, or subscription-based businesses
- Previous experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or audience growth preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Interest in journalism, public affairs, business, or civic life
