Job Description:

✅ Arlington, Virginia - Operations & Office Assistant Internship The Operations & Office Assistant Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the Alliance for Secure AI by helping maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment. This role focuses on ensuring that the physical workspace supports productivity and collaboration for staff and visitors. The intern will assist with office logistics, organization systems, and coordination with building management and vendors. They will also help prepare meeting spaces and assist with small operational projects that improve the office’s workflow. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how a mission-driven nonprofit organization operates behind the scenes.

Roles/Duties:

• Learn campaign finance compliance processes used by political committees daily
• Assist with contribution processing while learning disclosure reporting requirements
• Gain exposure to preparing and filing campaign finance reports
• Learn financial tracking basics including cash-on-hand and disbursement workflows
• Support compliance projects while learning campaign operations firsthand
