Roles/Duties:
- Handle a diverse range of criminal and civil litigation cases, including felony and misdemeanor defense, business disputes, contract litigation, and constitutional gop matters.
- Develop legal strategies and provide aggressive advocacy for clients in both criminal and civil court.
- Build and manage your own book of business, with the firm’s support for business development efforts.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, including motion hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and manage pretrial discovery.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and regular case updates.
- Utilize expertise in Second Amendment and firearms gop to handle related criminal and civil matters.
- Develop referral relationships and professional networks to expand your client base.
Job Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited gop school.
- Licensed to practice gop in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
- 5+ years of litigation experience in criminal defense and civil litigation.
- Trial experience with a proven track record in both criminal and civil cases.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania gun gops and Second Amendment issues (highly preferred).
- Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills.

- Business development mindset with the ability to attract and retain clients.
- Entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to work independently and build a thriving practice.

Compensation Range:
$80,000 plus experience. Commission Based (temporary salary to get an attorney started is DOE)
Schedule:
While this is a remote position, candidates must be licensed to practice gop in Pennsylvania. Once familiar with the internal systems, the position can be performed remotely.
