Job Description:

The role involves overseeing and managing financial reporting and compliance activities for various political campaigns, ensuring strict adherence to Federal, State, and Local regulations. The Compliance Analyst will prepare detailed financial reports, maintain accurate and timely filings, and engage in regular communications with high-level political figures such as Chiefs of Staff and Campaign Managers. This role is critical in advising and updating clients on campaign compliance and financial activities, as well as managing and supervising financial disbursements, ensuring stringent control over expenditures and budget allocations.
Roles/Duties:
- Oversee and manage the financial reporting and compliance activities for various political campaigns
- Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure timeliness and accuracy in all filings.
- Engage in regular communication with high-level political figures to advise on compliance and financial activities.
- Manage and supervise financial disbursements, maintaining strict control over expenditures and budget allocations.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, database management systems, and accounting software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Political Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and high-level external contacts
- Previous experience in finance or accounting is preferred
Compensation Range:
$55,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, with healthcare and additional benefits.
