Full Job Description

Background: Background: Republican Jobs clients is seeking a passionate and motivated James Island, South Carolina Conservative Local Field Organizer to join our team. As a Local Field Organizer, you will be going door-to-door to mobilize voters and persuade voters to support the campaign, This will involve going door-to-door canvassing and speaking with Republican voters on the phone and in person. The contract position runs through December 2025. 

Roles/Duties:

• Go door-to-door to mobilize Republican voters and persuade swing voters to support the campaign
• Work with volunteers and other campaign staff to achieve campaign goals.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Detail oriented and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment and passion to the cause of electing Republicans all across the county.

Compensation: $20 per hour + Gas Stipends. Housing may be provided if needed.

Expected hours: varies.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary through December 2025.

Schedule:

• Weekend availability possible
