Digital Media Coordinator Intern Job Description: Top Duties and Qualifications

Job Description:

✅ Annapolis Neck, Maryland -Digital Intern This internship provides hands-on exposure to the digital operations of a political advertising and strategic communications agency. Interns will work alongside campaign and media teams to support the execution of digital advertising efforts for political clients. The role offers insight into how creative assets are managed, distributed, and optimized across digital platforms during fast-paced campaign cycles. Interns will also gain experience with campaign coordination, digital asset management, and performance tracking used to support political advertising programs.

Roles/Duties:

• Assist in the placement and delivery of digital ad assets across platforms
• Coordinate digital asset organization and file management for campaigns
• Help manage content calendars and creative versioning across multiple efforts
• Support pulling and organizing performance data from digital ad platforms

Job Requirements:

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and eye for detail
• Genuine interest in advertising production, GOP political communications, and media
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
• Strong communicator — written and verbal
• Proficient on a Mac and in Google Workspace
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus

Compensation Range:

Paid Internship (Stipend: $1,500–$2,500 depending on hours).
