The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on political campaigns or in community organizing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be passionate about increasing election turnout and making a difference in their community.

Roles/Duties:

Go door-to-door to mobilize Republican voters
Develop and implement targeted phone outreach
Work with volunteers and other campaign staff to achieve campaign goals

Job Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Passionate about increasing election turnout and making a difference in their community
Ability to work long hours (weekends and some nights, especially leading up to the election).
Detail oriented and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Positive attitude and a commitment and passion to the cause of electing Republican all across the county.

Compensation: $20+ per hour

Expected hours: varies.
