✅ A Political Local Field Organizer is responsible for coordinating and executing political campaigns, with a focus on increasing election turnout through targeted outreach efforts. Roles/Duties:

• Go door-to-door to mobilize Republican voters and persuade swing voters to support the campaign
• Develop and implement targeted phone outreach
• Work with volunteers and other campaign staff to achieve campaign goals/li>

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends/li>
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about increasing election turnout and making a difference in their community
• Ability to work long hours (weekends and some nights, especially leading up to the election).
• Detail oriented and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team/li>
• Positive attitude and a commitment and passion to the cause of electing Republican all across the county.

Compensation: $20 per hour

Expected hours: varies.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary through November 2026.
